Thank you for taking part in our recent customer consultation on the Competence & Conduct Standard.
We really value the feedback you shared and are pleased to share the draft Competence & Conduct Policy and Code of Conduct Policy, which have been shaped by the views and expectations customers told us are most important.
These policies set out the standards we expect from everyone working for and on behalf of Gentoo. They are designed to help ensure our colleagues have the right skills, knowledge and behaviors to deliver safe, respectful and high-quality services, while treating customers fairly and professionally.
Before we finalise the policies, we'd like to ask for your views one last time to check whether they reflect the standards you expect from us.
Your feedback will be reviewed alongside all responses received before the final drafts are presented to our People Committee and Board in September for approval.
Thank you for your continued support and for helping us shape the future standards at Gentoo.
