Consultation has concluded
We want to know how our customers feel about how we communicate our performance with them. Every year, we issue our Customer Annual Report so that you can see how well we are performing as your landlord.
Following feedback from customers in 2021, we started sending the Customer Annual Report out via email to as many customers as we could. This helped minimise the number of reports we printed and saved the Group money, which instead could be spent on improving our services to you as customers. Since 2021, we have continued to send as many reports as possible via email and we’re pleased to say the amount of reports we send via email has increased from 11,500 to around 16,000. We would like to know if you would be happy to receive a digital version of the document via email or you would still prefer a paper copy in the post.
We are also interested to listen to your views on what you would like to see in the Customer Annual Report. The regulator tells us we must share this information with you, so you can see how we have performed in the previous financial year.
