Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working with a number of other housing association to develop a research paper and survey led through the Housing Futures Network.
The survey is focused on understanding how housing organisations are responding to emerging challenges and opportunities, including customer expectations, service models, and future operating approaches. The findings will help shape wider sector thinking and provide insight that we can also use to inform our own direction.
I would really value your feedback and views. The survey is straightforward and should only take a short time to complete.
If you have any additional thoughts or reflections on future trends, pressures, or opportunities we should be considering, please feel free to share these with me directly as well.
