Consultation has concluded
Gentoo customers are being invited to give their views on important new Consumer Standards and a Code of Practice being introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing.
The regulator is keen to receive feedback on the draft consumer standards from anyone with an interest in social housing. At Gentoo, we are encouraging our customers to get involved and to help shape the standards.
The new standards will set expectations that social landlords - including Gentoo - will have to meet. The regulator will measure landlord performance against these standards.
