We’re on the lookout for tenants who are interested in working with us to improve our services.

We pride ourselves on being a provider of great homes, but we realise we don’t always get things right. That’s why we’re recruiting tenants who’d like to volunteer as part of our Tenant Scrutiny Group.

The group:

  • Scrutinses the services we provide to tenants and customers.
  • Highlights what we do well and what we need to improve on.
  • Reports back to Group Board on recommendations to implement change
