When you choose to call us, we acknowledge there are times when you may wait longer than usual to speak to someone, or that you may not speak to the best person to assist you straight away. That's why we are reviewing our existing telephone systems and pre-recorded messages, to identify improvements and make this a better experience for our tenants.
