As a Gentoo tenant, we understand you need to call us from time to time; to report a repair, make a payment or ask a question.

Earlier this year, we consulted you about our current telephone system. We listened to your feedback and you told us:

  • sometimes you wait on hold for a long time
  • you don't always speak to the right person to help you with your situation

We have been reviewing our telephone system and are planning a few improvements. We have started by working on our telephone messages.
