Reports of dog fouling - we have been in touch with Sunderland City Council but unfortunately, we are unable to have more dog bins placed in the estate due to limited funding
Our Grounds maintenance team is aware of the issues with the bushes, shrubs, and weeds in the estate. They are working hard to improve them.
Graffiti - we are not aware of any graffiti in the estate, if you see any please email details of the location of the graffiti to Kersty.Ramsay@gentoogroup.com
As a Gentoo tenant, we want you to be proud of where you live.
Our Neighbourhood Coordinators regularly walk around our estates and inspect them for any issues that may need to be resolved such as repairs to communal areas and fly-tipping.
Please share your thoughts with us about Totnes Road, and encourage your neighbours to do so too. Your responses will help us to identify areas for improvement and tackle any outstanding issues in your estate.
