Consultation has concluded
We will shortly be designing 2023/2024 rent statements. This provides a breakdown of the rent our customers have paid within the last financial year. The statement will be sent out in the post, and all customers will receive a copy of this.
As a landlord, it is a legal requirement for this information to be provided to our customers on a yearly basis.
We propose keeping the rent statement simple and to the point. This would include removing the following sections:

Our performance
Domestic abuse and anti-social behaviour
Positive engagement
Young people
The reason for this, is the information will be provided in the Customer Annual Report.
We have attached the 22/23 rent statement for you to review (this can be found on the right hand side of the page) and we would like your thoughts regarding this.
