Consultation has concluded
We are interested to learn more about if tenants and leaseholders feel we truly listen and act upon their views.
We are keen to understand what 'listen and acts' really means to our tenants and leaseholds as we feel this could mean different things to different individuals.
We would really love to hear both positive and negatives experiences of situations where you feel we have truly 'listened and acted', this could be anything from an interaction with our Contact Team, a complaint with The Tenant Voice Team, a conversation with a Neighbourhood Coordinator or perhaps an experience with a tradesman during a repair.
Your feedback will be shared with members of our Executive Team and will help us to continue to improve our services and understanding of what we do well or not so well.
