Help Us Design Our Letters

Every year we send a letter to customers, informing them of any changes to their weekly rent charge. For 2025 - 2026, we want to design these letters with you in mind. On the right hand side of the page, you can see how we have typically sent rent letters in the past. We have also provided 4 different examples of how the letters could be designed.
