Consultation has concluded - thank you for your feedback. This will be passed to the Regulator of Social Housing as part of our overall response.
The Regulator of Social House (RSH) has recently published its plan for changes to measure tenant satisfaction. These changes were first announced last year as part of the government's post-Grenfell Social Housing White Paper.
The RSH is proposing 22 different tenant satisfaction measures, covering five main themes:
Keeping properties in good repair
Maintaining building safety
Effective complaints-handling
Respectful and helpful tenant engagement
Responsible neighbourhood management
Please use the survey below to tell us what you think of the new questions, which will be asked as part of your annual tenant survey. Alternatively, you can respond to the RSH directly by emailing consultations@rsh.gov.uk
