We want to invite you to help us improve our website.
We’re looking for volunteers to test the usability of our new website design.
If you take part, you will receive a £25 Love to shop voucher as a thank you.
Who we want to talk to 10 people from across Sunderland, and all different ages.
What we need volunteers for We want to make sure our new website design works well before we build it. To make sure it works we want our tenants to test it.
What it will involve We will show you a website prototype (this means that some parts aren’t finished or fully working) and ask you to carry out a few tasks on it. Our user researcher will be there to guide you through the session and ask you questions.
The sessions will take between 30 to 45 minutes.
When the sessions will happen Sessions will run from 11to 15 April 2022, between 8.00am and 6.00pm. We will contact volunteers to arrange a suitable date and time.
We would love to invite you to Gentoo head office in Doxford Park, we can organise transport such as taxis or parking. We can also hold sessions virtually if you prefer to stay in your home.
