Over the next two weeks, we’ll be asking for your views on the new service standards we’ve designed. These include:

• Property Investment Standard

• Tenancy and Neighbourhood Standard

• Complaints Standard

• Customer Involvement Standard

These documents will replace the Customer Handbook, which is currently provided to all customers when they sign up for a Gentoo property.

To begin, we’d like your feedback on our Repairs and Maintenance Standard. This outlines what you can expect from us when it comes to fixing and maintaining your home, including:

✅ How to report repairs and the response times you can expect
✅ What repairs Gentoo is responsible for and what customers need to take care of
✅ How we prioritise repairs based on customer needs and urgency
